Ryan Earl Pausina, Executive Director
Ryan has spent most of his life asking the question '“why on earth would someone design a product like that”? He remembers designing his first idea at the ripe age of 10 and hasn’t looked back. He has found his true calling for innovation and design.
Over the past 5 years Ryan has been developing protypes’s with complex engineering dynamics.
In his spare time Ryan has reached instructor level in freediving.

All creative teams need an organiser. As a seasoned professional with more than 15 years running large productions in the television, film & live events industry. Emma is known for maximizing operational excellence and delivering financial performance. I am thrilled to be working in this role and excited to see environmental and carbon saving technologies come on to the market.
